Meyi-SUP-Support is a cloud-based support service offered on a subscription basis. Access is provided upon successful payment.
Subscription Terms
- Service is offered as a monthly subscription with a mandatory 12-month commitment.
- Billing is charged monthly for 12 consecutive months.
- Early cancellation is not allowed during the commitment period.
Account and Usage
- You must provide accurate registration and billing information.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- Any misuse or abuse of the platform may result in immediate suspension.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Subscription cannot be canceled before completing the 12-month term.
- No refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.
- Refunds are applicable only for duplicate payments or technical issues caused by us.
Shipping and Delivery
No physical goods are shipped. Service access is delivered digitally upon successful payment.
Limitation of Liability
Meyi Cloud Solutions Private Limited is not liable for indirect damages, including losses caused by platform usage or data loss.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pondicherry, India.
