AWS Advanced Tier · SMB & Cloud Ops Competency

Ship code on Friday afternoons.

CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, release automation. Pipelines your team trusts — so deploys stop being events and start being mundane, even on the eve of a long weekend.

Infrastructure under IaC
No "what made this server?"

Pipelines, infra, observability — all of it.

Most "DevOps" engagements we inherit have a CI step, an IaC step, and a "we'll add monitoring later" step. Plus the connective tissue that makes them work in production.

01 · CI/CD

CI/CD pipelines that don't lie

GitHub Actions, GitLab, CodePipeline. Test → build → scan → deploy → verify with canaries and automated rollback. Green means green.

GitHub ActionsCodePipelineArgoCD
02 · IaC

Infrastructure as code

Terraform-first. Module library tuned for AWS. CDK / Pulumi when teams prefer. Drift detection, plan-on-PR, locked state.

03 · OBSERVABILITY

Observability with answers

Metrics, logs, traces unified. SLOs and budgets. Dashboards engineers actually open. Alerts that mean something.

DatadogCloudWatchOTel
04 · CONTAINERS

Containers & Kubernetes, sized right

ECS Fargate when it's enough. EKS when it's needed. Helm, GitOps via ArgoCD, autoscaling, clean blue/green deploys.

ECSEKSKarpenter
05 · GITOPS

GitOps + progressive delivery

Git is the source of truth. PRs deploy. Feature flags & canaries de-risk releases. Rollback is one revert away.

06 · PLATFORM

Internal developer platform

Self-service templates, golden paths, Backstage-style portal. Engineers ship features, not fight infra tickets.

Quietly, then all at once.

We don't replace your platform in one go. We add things in parallel until the new is more reliable than the old, then we cut over. Risk stays small the whole way.
STEP 01

Audit

Walk through your repos, deploys, and incidents from the last 6 months. We score on DORA + maturity.

PhaseWeek 1
STEP 02

Foundation

IaC for new infra, CI baseline, observability everywhere. Old stuff stays running. No drama.

PhaseWeek 2–4
STEP 03

Migrate

Workload by workload, into new pipelines. Each one safer than what it replaced.

PhaseWeek 5–10
STEP 04

Self-serve

Hand the platform to your team with templates, runbooks, Backstage portal. We're optional from here.

PhaseWeek 10+
We had the pleasure of working with Raghu on a project focused on AWS infrastructure. He demonstrated a solid understanding of AWS services and was always dependable and highly responsive to feedback. We particularly appreciated his adaptability to changing schedules, commitment to meeting project goals, and willingness to incorporate constructive reviews into his work.

Honest DevOps answers.

Do we have to use Terraform / GitHub Actions?
No. We have a strong default stack (Terraform + GitHub Actions + ArgoCD + Datadog) but we work with whatever your team already knows — CDK, Pulumi, GitLab, CircleCI, CodePipeline, Grafana, New Relic. The pattern matters more than the tool.
Will this lock our team into Meyi?
No. Everything we build is your IaC, in your Git, deploying to your AWS. We document, train, hand over. The point of a platform is that anyone can run it.
What if we're already on Kubernetes?
Great — we work with EKS shops regularly. Most engagements there focus on GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), Helm hygiene, autoscaling (Karpenter), cost controls, and observability. We won't push you off K8s if it's working.
How small can a DevOps engagement be?
We've run 3-week sprints to land a single golden pipeline + IaC for the most painful workload, then handed over. Full platform builds run 8–12 weeks. We'll right-size to your budget and team.

Let's make Friday deploys boring.
