How We Onboard

Two weeks to covered.

Most clients are fully on managed ops within two weeks. We move fast because we've done it many times — and because we don't tolerate a 'monitoring gap' between when you sign and when we're ready.

DAY 1–3
Inventory

Account map, workload classification, runbook ingest. Find the obvious gaps; close them in week 1.

DAY 4–7
Wire up

Read-only access, alerting routes, PagerDuty integration, dashboards, on-call rotation.

DAY 8–14
Shadow

We run ops in shadow mode alongside your team for a week. No surprises at cutover.
