Customer challenges

Our client, a dynamic ride-hailing platform, was limited by a traditional cPanel-based infrastructure that lacked automation, scalability, and reliability. Manual deployment processes slowed down development cycles and introduced frequent errors, while the absence of monitoring made it difficult to track performance and health. The system struggled to handle traffic spikes, lacked high availability and disaster recovery, and couldn’t support the platform’s growing user base or evolving product requirements.

Solutions

To modernize the client’s ride-hailing platform, we migrated their infrastructure to AWS and implemented a cloud-native architecture focused on automation, performance, and security. CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy—integrated with GitHub—enabled zero-downtime rollouts across environments. The compute layer used EC2 instances with Elastic Load Balancer for production and a cost-effective setup for development.

Databases were migrated to Amazon RDS for automated backups and failover. Assets and config files were securely stored in S3 and delivered via CloudFront. We enforced strong security through custom VPCs and IAM roles, and deployed infrastructure consistently using AWS CloudFormation. Real-time system monitoring and alerting were implemented using Amazon CloudWatch for better visibility and faster issue resolution.
