Everything that doesn't ship features. We do.

Your engineers build product. We do everything else AWS-shaped — monitor it, patch it, optimize it, pay attention to it at 3am, write the postmortems. You see weekly & quarterly reports; we see CloudWatch.

01 · MONITORING

24/7 monitoring & alerting

SLO-based alerting, intelligent grouping, dedup. Alerts mean something. Pages are rare, deserved, and routed first to us.

CloudWatchDatadogPagerDuty
02 · INCIDENT

Incident response

Pre-built runbooks, automated remediations, escalation paths. We triage, mitigate, and only loop in your team for product decisions.

03 · AI OPS

AI-powered ops

LLM-driven log correlation, anomaly summarization, incident drafting. Bedrock reads CloudWatch. Humans read the summary.

04 · FINOPS

FinOps & cost optimization

Rightsizing, Savings Plans, RI strategy, idle resource sweeps. Quarterly cost reviews with showback or chargeback to your teams.

05 · PATCH

Patching & backups

Patch Manager schedules, automated AMI bakes, snapshot lifecycle, DR drills. Backups that get tested. Restores that work.

06 · REPORTING

Weekly & quarterly reviews

Weekly incident & SLO digest. Monthly cost & security posture. Quarterly business review with your CTO. No surprises.

QBRSLO reports

You pay for the work, not a headcount.

Pricing is based on the scope we actually manage — workloads, accounts, and coverage — never per-seat. And it's capped as a share of your MRR, so the bill can never outrun the business. Every tier includes a named technical lead and is eligible for AWS MAP funding.

Tier 1 · Watch

Watch

from $500 / mo
▸ Per scope · capped at 10% of MRR
Base covers a single account + up to 10 monitored workloads. Scope-based add-ons from there — but never more than 10% of MRR.

Eyes on your estate without the enterprise price tag — monitoring and a safety net, not a full ops team.

Deliverables
  • SLO & cost monitoring (multi-account)
  • Business-hours incident response
  • Monthly posture & cost report
  • Named technical lead
Outcome
  • You always know when something's wrong — no surprise bills, no silent drift
Start with Watch
Tier 2 · Operate

Operate

from $2.5k / mo
▸ Per scope · capped at 8% of MRR
Priced on accounts, workloads, and 12/7 coverage we run — quoted up front, capped at 8% of MRR so ops never crowds out product.

Full 12/7 ops. Your engineers stop carrying pagers. Where most production SaaS teams land.

Deliverables
  • Everything in Watch
  • 12/7 incident response & on-call
  • AI-powered triage & auto-remediation
  • Quarterly FinOps reviews
  • 15-min response SLA · P1
Outcome
  • Engineers off the pager — MTTR in minutes, ~−18% AWS spend
Start with Operate
Tier 3 · Embed

Embed

from $5k / mo
▸ Dedicated capacity · capped at 6% of MRR
Priced on dedicated engineering capacity + estate size — a blended rate below an in-house hire, capped at 6% of MRR.

A dedicated platform team augmenting yours. Roadmap-aware. Builds and runs the same systems your engineers do.

Deliverables
  • Everything in Operate
  • Dedicated cloud + platform engineers
  • 5-min response SLA · P1
  • Custom integrations & tooling
Outcome
  • Platform capability without the headcount — scale confidently as you grow
Talk about Embed

Two weeks to covered.

Most clients are fully on managed ops within two weeks. We move fast because we've done it many times — and because we don't tolerate a "monitoring gap" between when you sign and when we're ready.
DAY 1–3

Inventory

Account map, workload classification, runbook ingest. Find the obvious gaps; close them in week 1.

PhaseDays 1–3
DAY 4–7

Wire up

Read-only access, alerting routes, PagerDuty integration, dashboards, on-call rotation.

PhaseDays 4–7
DAY 8–14

Shadow

We run ops in shadow mode alongside your team for a week. No surprises at cutover.

PhaseDays 8–14
DAY 14+

Cutover

Pager rotates to Meyi. Your engineers go off-call. First weekly review at day 30.

PhaseDay 14+
Working with Meyi Cloud was a great experience. The team clearly understood our requirements, communicated effectively throughout the project, and delivered a high-quality solution on time. We are very satisfied with the outcome and would confidently recommend Meyi Cloud to other organizations.

Managed ops, honest answers.

Do you take pager duty for our engineers?
Yes. On Operate and Embed tiers, P1 pages route first to our 24/7 on-call. We escalate to your team only when there's a product decision to be made. Most of our clients' engineers haven't been paged in months.
What workloads can you actually run?
Anything on AWS. We've run production fintech, healthcare (HIPAA), retail at holiday scale, SaaS multi-tenant, manufacturing IoT, and AI/ML inference workloads. If you're on AWS, we can run it.
How is this different from AWS Premium Support?
AWS Support helps you understand AWS. We run your AWS workload. We hold the pager, write your runbooks, automate your remediations, and own the SLO. AWS Support is a great floor underneath us, not a replacement.
Can we keep our existing tools?
Yes. PagerDuty, Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Opsgenie, Slack — we work in your tools, on your accounts. We bring opinions about what to use, but never insist on replacing what works.
What's the minimum commitment?
3 months. We don't lock people in — but we ask for 3 months so we can onboard properly and you can see the value before deciding to stay or expand. Cancel anytime after.

Sleep tonight.

45-minute call. We look at your current on-call setup, incident history, your AWS estate — and tell you honestly whether managed ops makes sense for you. Free, useful, no follow-up sales.
